Swing Optix is a pair of high-speed cameras that record your swing from two angles, face-on and down-the-line. The video replays straight after each shot in Uneekor’s VIEW software, next to the numbers from your launch monitor, so you can see what the swing looked like and what it produced in the same place.
What sets it apart
- Two angles at once: a wide-angle lens for the face-on view and a telephoto lens for down-the-line.
- Synced to your shot data: each replay is matched to the shot it belongs to.
- AI Trainer: Swing Optix is required for Uneekor’s AI Trainer coaching software, and a one-year AI Trainer subscription is included.
Compatibility
Swing Optix works with Uneekor launch monitors only: the EYE XO, EYE XO2, EYE XR, EYE MINI and EYE MINI LITE. It runs on a Windows PC and is not compatible with Mac.
Setup
- Place the down-the-line camera about 6 ft behind the golfer and the face-on camera about 5 ft to the side, both at hip height.
- Each camera plugs directly into a USB 3.0 port on the PC, which also powers it. The 15 ft and 21 ft cables cannot be extended, so plan where the PC sits.
- Use flicker-free LED lighting. Ordinary bulbs can cause banding in high-speed video.
- The PC needs at least 16 GB of memory, or 32 GB for AI Trainer.
In the box
Two cameras with bases and brackets, telephoto and wide-angle lenses, mounting screws, and 15 ft and 21 ft USB cables. Tripods are not included; add the Professional Tripod Pair if you are not wall-mounting the cameras.
