The Carl’s Place Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit is built for full-scale golf rooms, training studios and commercial bays that see a lot of hard swings. It frames with heavy 2″ EMT pipe and wraps the bay in thick BlackStop™ fabric, so the space feels solid and finished and every shot stays inside.
The frame is strong enough to carry a projector or an overhead launch monitor. Mount them to the front bar, or add Carl’s Place’s optional crossbar to put them at whatever depth you need. The wraparound cover combines the ceiling and side walls into one piece, and most installs take about two hours.
You need to buy pipe to complete this kit
Carl’s Place supplies the frame fittings, but not the pipe. You’ll need 2-inch EMT conduit (electrical metallic tubing), cut to the lengths on the frame diagram Carl’s Place sends with your order.
- Pipe: 2″ trade size EMT. The actual outside diameter is 2.197″ (55.8 mm). Smaller EMT or plumbing pipe won’t fit the fittings.
- Where to buy: electrical suppliers carry it in 10 ft lengths. Big-box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t always stock 2″ EMT, so call ahead or order it in.
- Cut lengths: your kit includes a frame diagram for your size showing how many pieces to cut and how long each one is. Wait for it before you buy and cut.
- Tools: a pipe cutter or metal-cutting saw, a file to deburr the cut ends, 6 mm and 3/16″ hex keys (or hex bit sockets and a ratchet), a rubber mallet, pliers, a tape measure and a step ladder. A second person helps.

Leave at least 2″ above the enclosure for assembly, 2–3″ on each side and about 12″ behind it. Carl’s Place makes each kit to order, so cancellation and change policies apply once it’s ordered.
