- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Account details, if you create one: your login, saved addresses and order history.
- Newsletter signup: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
- Enquiries and quotes: whatever you send us by form, email or phone, including measurements for custom items.
- Browsing data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by cookies and analytics tools described below.

- To process and deliver your order and send you order status updates.
- To answer questions, prepare quotes and provide support.
- To send our newsletter, only if you asked for it.
- To understand how the site is used and to advertise our products.

Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to do its job:
- Helcim, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Helcim and are never stored by us.
- Shipping carriers, and manufacturers who ship directly to you, so they can deliver your order.
- Mailchimp, which sends our newsletter.
- Google and Meta, whose analytics and advertising tools set cookies on this site.
- Our web hosting and IT providers.
We never sell your personal information.
Email marketing
You will only get our newsletter if you sign up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. Order emails (confirmations, shipping updates, quotes) are sent to everyone who orders and are not marketing.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart and login working, and analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta to measure traffic and show you relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need cookies to work.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for seven years to meet Canada Revenue Agency requirements. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, payments are handled by Helcim, and access to order information is limited to staff who need it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
